This Privacy Policy describes how AI Compressor (“the Application,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, processes, and protects the Personal Data of its Users (“you” or “your”). By using this Application, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

1. Data Controller

The Data Controller responsible for the processing of your Personal Data is the owner and operator of AI Compressor. For inquiries regarding this Privacy Policy or your Personal Data, please contact us using the information provided within the Application.

2. Overview of Services

AI Compressor provides AI-powered image processing tools that allow users to perform tasks such as background removal, image compression, image resizing, image format conversion, image upscaling, circle cropping, screenshot mockup generation, and app icon generation. All processing occurs on our servers and results are delivered directly to you within the Application.

3. Types of Data Collected

3.1 Data You Provide

When you use the Application, you upload image files to our servers for processing. These images may contain any visual content including but not limited to photographs, screenshots, graphics, and illustrations.

3.2 Automatically Collected Data

• -The Application may automatically collect the following technical data during use:
• -Device information (device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers)
• -Usage data (features accessed, interaction timestamps, crash logs)
• -IP address
• -Cookies and similar technologies (on web-based versions of the tools)

3.3 Data We Do Not Collect

• -The Application does not collect, request, or process any of the following:
• -Names, email addresses, or account credentials (no account registration is required)
• -Payment or financial information
• -Contacts, calendars, or phone data
• -Precise geolocation data
• -Health, fitness, or biometric data
• -Face data, facial geometry, facial recognition identifiers, or any biometric facial information

4. Image Processing and Face Data

4.1 How Images Are Processed

When you upload an image, it is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS/TLS) to our processing servers. The AI model performs the specific transformation you requested (such as removing the background, compressing, resizing, or converting format) and returns the processed result to you.

4.2 No Face Data Collection or Analysis

The Application does not perform facial recognition, facial feature detection, facial geometry extraction, or biometric analysis of any kind. If an uploaded image contains a face, the AI processes it identically to any other visual content. The AI models do not distinguish between faces and other image content. No face-specific data is extracted, stored, analyzed, or transmitted at any point during processing.

4.3 Temporary Storage and Automatic Deletion

Uploaded images and processed results are stored temporarily on our servers for a maximum of 5 minutes solely to allow you to download the result. After 5 minutes, both the uploaded original and the processed output are automatically and permanently deleted. No copies, backups, thumbnails, cached versions, metadata extracts, or derivatives of any kind are retained. If you do not download your processed file within the 5-minute window, the file is permanently lost and you must upload and process the image again.

4.4 No Human Review

No human review, manual inspection, or visual examination of uploaded or processed images takes place at any time. Processing is fully automated.

4.5 No Training Use

Uploaded images are never used for AI model training, machine learning development, analytics, profiling, research, or any purpose other than performing the specific image transformation you requested.

5. Third-Party Services

5.1 Advertising

The Application may use third-party advertising services such as Google AdMob to display advertisements. These services may collect anonymized technical data such as your device advertising identifier, device type, and general interaction data to deliver relevant advertisements. No uploaded images or processed results are shared with advertising providers.

If you are using the Application on iOS, you will be presented with an App Tracking Transparency prompt before any advertising-related data is collected. You may choose to allow or deny tracking at your discretion. Your choice does not affect the functionality of the image processing tools.

5.2 Push Notifications

The Application may use push notification services provided by Apple (APNs) and Google (FCM) to send you notifications. These services may collect device tokens and technical identifiers necessary to deliver notifications. You may disable push notifications at any time through your device settings.

5.3 No Image Sharing with Third Parties

No uploaded or processed images are shared with, transmitted to, or made accessible to any third party. All image processing occurs exclusively on servers operated by us. No external APIs, third-party AI services, or cloud processing providers are involved in handling your images.

6. Data Security

• -We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data:
• -All data transmission occurs over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS)
• -Image processing occurs on isolated servers with no persistent storage
• -Processed files are subject to automatic deletion after 5 minutes
• -Server logs do not record or reference the content of uploaded images
• -No user accounts or credentials are stored

7. Data Retention

Uploaded and processed images: Automatically deleted after 5 minutes. No exceptions.

Technical usage data: Retained only as long as necessary for Application operation, analytics, and legal compliance, typically no longer than 12 months.

Advertising identifiers: Managed by third-party advertising providers according to their respective privacy policies. You may reset your advertising identifier at any time through your device settings.

8. Your Rights

Since the Application does not require account registration or collect identifying personal information, most image data cannot be associated with a specific individual after the 5-minute automatic deletion period.

The Application is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children. If you believe a child has provided data through the Application, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete such information.

10. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed on servers located in jurisdictions outside your country of residence. We ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place for any international transfer of Personal Data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Users will be notified of material changes through the Application. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
